JUDGMENT: Pursuant to the plaintiff's September 1, 1999 acceptance of the August 31, 1999 Offer of Judgment by the defendants, Judgment is hereby entered against the defendants in the above-captioned case in favor of the plaintiff for $125,000.00 plus $14,547.95 prejudgment interest at the statutory rate of 12% per annum from the September 24, 1998 date of filing of the complaint, through the entry of judgment today (Fahey, J.) copies mailed 09/13/99.
