• Why does Mattel pay over $40,000,000 to someone who screws up their job? 

• Why does Mattel go after Barbie Benson's site, http://www.barbiebenson.com when there is no potential for confusion? 

• With the CPHack case, why did Mattel waste the money on lawyers? The problem was fixed the next day. All that the lawyers accomplished was to burn money and the creation of hundreds of mirror sites all over the world to be created in protest.
