Mattel's violation of workers rights
| The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." -- Edmund Burke This site is to bring the abuses by Mattel to light as their darkness cannot exist under the spotlight of truth. I was not aware of how abusive Mattel was until they tried to silence me with a baseless libel counterclaim. Though, this was started with Microsystems Software ("MSI") and The Learning Company ("TLC"), Mattel continued this counterclaim even after paying me a judgment saying the opposite. Mattel paid over $140,000 in a judgment for violating the ADA, FMLA and other laws. Mattel/TLC/MSI's libel claim stated that I libeled them by saying that they violated, and committed acts, the ADA, FMLA, and other laws. A claim saying that I libeled Mattel/TLC/MSI cannot succeed in the face of a judgment on the same issues. Mattel is still trying to use this baseless libel claim to silence me, and then to demand an apology. Mattel must not be permitted to silence free speech or employment complaints by using expensive litigation and threats of litigation. If enough people fight back Mattel may think before trying to silence. Large financial judgments against Mattel may discourage Mattel from abusing the next person. Given my experience fighting evil, I started to fight the evil of spam. Spammers consider it their constitutional right to clog our children's e-mail with offers of pornography, viagra, and pills to make certain appendages larger so they can fully please their 5 year old girlfriends.
